2. Shipping, Fulfillment, & Delivery Policy

Upon receipt of clear photographic evidence verifying the issue, our team will process a comprehensive financial adjustment or arrange a duplicate shipment. Physical return of the damaged structural item is not mandatory provided appropriate visual validation is submitted.
